We are a fully operational screw machine shop with a a variety of second operational equipment.  We have several different types of machines such as: CNC Swiss screw machines, Brown and Sharpe screw machines and 5 axis CNC screw machines.  We provide quality, quantity and on time delivery. Below is a  list of our equipment in our shop.

    4 Tsugami CNC Swissturn - 5 axis - 1/8 to 3/4 capacity,

    1 Star JNC - 16 Swiss Screw Machine - .020-5/8" capacity

    2 Mori Seiki CNC Lathe up to 3"

    Beckler Swiss Machines - .020-.750

    4 Brown and Sharpe Single Spindles - 3/8 - 1 1/2"

    Turret  Lathes up to 3"

    Centerless Grinding up to 1"

    Complete Grind Shop for drilling endmills, form tools and etc.

    Secondary operations such as milling, drilling, grinding, boring and etc.

    Climate controlled quality assurance room

    2 optical comparators digital height gauges, pin gauge, bore gauges, 

        digital caliper, micrometers, digital drop indicators. 

What can our machine shop do?

We specialize in custom parts ranging from medical parts, specialty screws, etc.  Our machines are able to hold very close tolerances.  We have the ability to produce one to 900,00 piece orders.  In addition, we do prototype work.  If you have a part that you would like designed we will be able to help.  Our prices range depending on the part, quantity and run time.  Please contact us for a free estimate, 208-278-5221.
